I was out of state . I saw a property that interested me. I called Sarah asking for more info, which she readily got for me and offered to video a tour for me. She was so helpful and courteous. What she wasn't sure of, she made sure to find out and get back to me. No call was inconvenient to her, communication was not a problem with her and I found her to be very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the experience of buying this house. I would definitely use her again!

Sarah Cutcher is a very nice and helpful realtor. I live in California and was helping our son, in Ohio, purchase a home. Sarah made the procedure much easier. We ran into a couple of bumps, in the road, but Sarah was there to help us get over them. Sarah setup a link with our wants and desires for a home and we were automatically notified, via email, of New Listings and Upcoming Listings. It was great. Sarah was very accommodating with viewing times. Our son works for a Moving company, so he works Monday through Saturday. She setup viewings on Sundays without hesitation. When it came time to put in an offer Sarah's knowledge of the Market was excellent. The price she advised was right on target and was accepted immediately. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a home. She is very upbeat and pleasant to deal with. She is quick to respond to inquiries. If she is unsure of something she works with a group of people that will have the answer in short order. I was able to do the Final walkthrough via Facetime. I hope to meet Sarah, face to face, when I get back to Ohio to visit our son.
