Sarah Cruikshank
With six years of real estate experience and more than 25 years of calling Harford County, Maryland, home, Sarah Cruikshank brings a unique combination of local expertise, real estate experience, and a genuine passion for helping people find a place they love. Originally from Winchester, Virginia, Sarah earned her B.S. in Physical Education from Houghton University, where she played basketball and competed in track and field, before teaching in Baltimore County Public Schools. Her transition into real estate was a natural one. Her husband, Matt, has been a real estate investor and home renovator for more than 15 years, giving Sarah firsthand experience buying, renovating, and investing in properties. Sarah began her career in Maryland as a real estate professional with the highly respected Streett Hopkins Real Estate and is now proud to be part of the Streett Hopkins Group of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. She is honored to combine the trusted local expertise of Streett Hopkins with the exceptional reputation and global reach of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Sarah believes the best real estate experience begins with listening. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and is committed to making the process informed, personal, and seamless—from a first home or dream home to an investment property or the sale of a longtime family home. Her clients value her professionalism, integrity, communication, and ability to turn their goals into a successful real estate experience. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and their golden retriever, Duke. She has a passion for cooking, entertaining, and staying active through exercise. Her deep connection to Harford County and passion for serving others make her more than an agent—she is a trusted resource and advocate for her clients every step of the way.
