A Fanstastic Experience

Working with Sarah was amazing. She knows the ins and outs of the market. She helped us make decisions about what would best showcase our house to buyers. She was able to help us through each stage of the process. She was abke to help with setup into the market, from choice of house color, as we were having our house painted prior to sell, to staging rooms to help envision a great layout for potential buyers. She helped us set a great asking price to minimize our time on the market, which helped us sell in three weeks after going active on the market. She was also able to help us contact and setup times for contractors to fix our inspection issue quickly. Sarah was great to work with, she helped us buy the house and helped us sell the house so we are able to get closer to family. Sarah was also great at keeping us in the loop, as buyers wanted to see the house, question were asked by other realtors, and as each series of paper work needed to be completed. I would recommend Sarah to work with anyone I know, and can not say thank you enough.
