We have worked with Sarah Craner to sell and buy several properties. Sarah always goes above and beyond and then does more. She even travelled to Greeley Colorado to help us purchase and then sell a house in Weld County. She is incredibly knowledgeable and keeps up to date on all real estate changes and laws. She is always upfront and truthful about what it will take to get top dollar for your property. She has limitless ideas and then makes them happen. Sarah is not a realtor that will put a sign in your yard and call it a day. She puts a sign in your yard and then is beside you every step of the way. Our closings have all been seamless with no last minute panics. Sarah makes sure that the team she works with can and will uphold her high customer service standards. I honestly don’t think that there is another realtor in the area that can even come close to her knowledge and expertise. Plus, she is one of the kindest people I know.

Sarah helped us sell our home in a difficult market and under difficult circumstances. Not only did Sarah perform 'normal' agent duties, she often checked on the house for us while it was vacant and helped us with staging, cleaning, and inspection repairs. Overall, Sarah went above and beyond in helping us sell the home and was very communicative and consistent throughout the process.
