Sarah is very easy to work with. She helps in any way she can & she is quick to return calls. She is very knowledgeable & you know she is there for you & working FOR you. She helped me find a painter & flooring company to finish off my townhome. They were quick to get on site & take care of the job. The Title company she works with was also great. Sarah is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent. We have used Sarah to sell two of our homes and also buy one as well now and she covered every base to make sure we were well taken care of - from making sure our home was staged to sell to having someone take professional photos so our listing would attract the most buyers. She didn't miss a detail. Having said that, I think the best thing about Sarah is that she truly cares about the people she is helping and wants to make sure your experience has as little stress as possible. When we met Sarah, we had no idea who she was. By the time she sold our first house we no longer felt like customers because she never treated us like that’s what we were - she treated us like friends that she was totally invested in doing her best for. There was no question of who we would use when we sold the next house and our experience was the same. We drug her from house to house while searching for a new one and she always fit us into her busy schedule without making us feel like we were imposing on her time.
