If you are looking for a real estate agent, then look no further! Sarah has been extremely helpful in our home buying process. She listened to what we wanted and used her market knowledge to help us find the perfect house! Not only does she fight for you during the initial contract phase, but she is with you every step of the way through closing. She is also extremely helpful during the inspection period as she has contacts in every area you could possibly need. If she doesn't have a contact, then she will find somebody who does. We have had contracts on several houses and luckily for us we have had the right inspections done to know that those house had projects we were not willing to tackle. Without Sarah and her inspection contacts, we would have been stuck with houses that had major issues. Sarah is also super responsive, which is definitely helpful as we had a lot of first time home buyer questions. This makes a big difference as a lot of the real estate process has hard deadlines. In the end, my favorite part of working with Sarah is that she truly wants you to find a house that you love. She doesn't rush you into the wrong house just to make a sale.
