I lived in my house for 36 years so did not know where to begin with selling it and finding a condo. Sarah reassured me that she would help me through the entire process and she certainly did just that. It only took looking at a couple of condos for Sarah to know what I was looking for. She was always readily available and accommodating while looking for condos. Once I found mine, she advised me how to place my offer to get it. Sarah helped me get my house ready to sell and also helped me get my bridge loan which I needed to get me through the brief time between my purchase and my sale!. Sarah is just so very helpful and made this process of buying and selling my family home as easy as it could possibly be. I would recommend Sarah to help in the sale or purchase of a new home. It's not just a house but she helped me find my new home and new memories. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and help.
