I'm not one to leave reviews, but I feel that I must. When talking to Sarah for the first time, she said the only thing that we would have to worry about is "where to hang the pictures at your new house". I rolled my eyes, but appreciated her confidence and saviness. My partner and I were first time home buyers and had heard how stressful home buying is from everyone. On top of this, we received an extremely shocking cancer diagnoses halfway through our personal home buying journey, which needed to take our immediate attention and focus. To make a long story short, I'm currently sitting around a mountain of boxes at my new home, wondering where to hang pictures, and stressing for the first time. Every step of this process was fun and easy. It felt like being on an hgtv show. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable of the market and what to look for in a home. She helped me with the loan, the inspection, the moving company, and anything else I could throw at her. Communication was always prompt. She made herself available to meet face to face or virtually in the evenings and on the weekends. She got us a MUCH better deal on the house we fell in love with than we thought possible, and we'll be saving thousands of dollars per year for potentially a very long time. I can't say enough good things. You're a fool if you think you could do better than Sarah Bravo when it's time to buy a house. Call the woman!
