Sarah Boehnlein is the best!!! She was so helpful throughout the process of preparing for the sale of my home. She was indispensable, guiding me through the process of presentation, needed repairs, and recommending contractors for those repairs. She is diligent, always punctual, and knows how to communicate with people in a pleasant and respectful way. I could not have done it without her. She orchestrated showings with ongoing improvements and inspections, while looking out for my interests in my absence. I will always be grateful to her for the knowledge that I have acquired about buying and selling a home. She is a true professional, and I highly recommend her with no reservations whatsoever.
