I was new to Florida and did not have any idea how to find a good real estate agent. I put a call in on one of Beth’s properties. The home buying process was brand new to me so I was a little fearful of the whole process also. Not only did Beth call me back within a few hours but she turned out to be a trove of information. There was no question that I asked that she couldn’t answer! She even answered questions I didn’t know I needed to ask! Her experience and knowledge of selling and buying homes exceeds what a great realtor knows. She is super organized and has contacts for just about any person you need to utilize during the home buying/selling process (inspector, handy man, other service people, lawyer, etc). Beth is also honest and will not sugar coat anything. She is not there to just sell your home or have you buy a home, she will do what she can so that you know you are making the right choices! She puts a lot of care into her job and it really shows. Within a month and a half of calling her, I found, bought, and moved into a great home! This happy customer could not recommend Beth more!
