I can not thank Sarah enough for holding my hand and guiding me through the ENTIRE process. I was hesitant at the beginning, Sarah worked with me and clarified everything! Sarah was able to sell my inherited property that came with tough zoning restrictions. From the first contact she jumped on getting it listed and get the property advertised and marketed. She researched all options with the City given the zoning restrictions and obtained a list of all possible uses. Although it took close to a year, she never slowed down on her efforts and stayed in regular contact with any and all updates. She also promptly addressed any questions I had for her fully - by text email and call and I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from her, 7 days a week! I highly recommend Sarah as a listing agent and know she works just as hard to get clients the best options for those who are looking to buy. My only regret was not contacting her sooner. She definitely gets 5 Stars from me!!!
