Sarah was so easy to work with and she arranged for the wonderful photographer that almost made me not want to leave my house the pictures looked so good. She listed the house on a Friday and arranged four showings the first weekend. Due to her diligence my house sold very quickly and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. We met Sarah at an open house she was hosting several years ago. We were shopping for a 2nd family home that we could enjoy with our grown children and their families. We come from the land of snow and wanted a place in the sun with a swimming pool and plenty of space for us all to gather as we are a close family. Right off we felt a connection with Sarah. Her personality and her willingness to answer honestly our 10,000 questions. We did not buy then and returned north just as the pandemic struck. Over zoom and email we viewed many houses with Sarah. She went above and beyond to drive around neighborhoods so we could see the area the house was located. I just didn't feel comfortable buying off of zoom. As soon as we were vaccinated we planned a week to look at houses in the Clermont area. Sarah found several and we found several to tour. We toured many but none had the right feel. We returned north and planned another longer trip down to look at houses. We were more successful this time. We put a bid in on a house and lost it. Put a bid on another house that wasn't exactly right. Sarah wisely had put the offer in with a 24 hours decision requested. The one that fit all the our needs and wants came on the market shortly after the expired 24 hours decision request. We were able to get an accepted bid on that house. Sarah then helped us through the purchase process. Following up with the Title Company and the Loan Originator when things got snagged up. I really felt she was on our team. I will add here that we have not bought a house in 40 years and she was extremely helpful explaining the steps as they occurred. We travel a great deal and renting is much less complicated. After we closed she was extremely helpful providing names and phone numbers for all the services we needed to get started. To sum up we could not be more pleased with her professionalism, knowledge, service and willingness to go above and beyond what you would expect from your Realtor.
