The process of buying a house has a LOT of frantic, moving parts, especially in Seattle. As first time home buyers in a challenging buying market, we were hesitant and anxious about making such a serious financial commitment. I bought and sold the same house in Vashon island thru Michael Schosboek, and also bought a house in Bellevue. I found Michael to be very pleasant to deal with, honest, extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market as well as houses. He was able to give accurate assessments on both the selling side and the buying side. When I sold the house on Vashon island there was a last minute glitch with King county (related to a sewer regulations), and he was able to resolve it to both my satisfaction and the buyer's (they could have walked away but they didn't as he kept them constantly informed of the progress of the issue). I bought the Bellevue house during the most crazy time of Bellevue's real estate market (due to lack of inventory), and I feel that he managed to get me the house at a fair price.
