About Sarah

Born and raised in central Iowa, I’ve always believed that home is the foundation of a meaningful life. I met my husband when I was 19, and now—18 years, four kids, and two dogs later—we’ve built a life rooted in hard work, community, and a passion for real estate. I spent 10 years with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where I gained extensive experience in lending, homeownership, and the financial side of buying and selling. After that, I helped grow and run our family business until we sold it in early 2025. Since 2018, my husband and I have been active real estate investors—owning and managing single-family rentals, small multifamily properties, and most recently expanding into commercial real estate. This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of the market from every angle: homeowner, investor, landlord, and business owner. Now, as a realtor, I’m dedicated to helping clients find the right home, make smart investments, and feel confident at every step of the process. Real estate is personal—and I’m here to make it seamless, informed, and genuinely enjoyable.
