On two separate occasions/visits to Florida, Sarah & Aaron assisted me selling 2 family condominiums in a state I do not live in. They showed the condos non-stop. They prepared documents on time when needed (sometimes over & over during negotiations). They referred me to dependable people to help clean and empty the condos. Advised where and now to deal with utility and communication companies, liaised with the title company, etc. They returned my calls quickly, never stood me up for an appointment; never made me feel unsure, and boosted my moral when I was uncertain.
