Sara is the best! We recently relocated from out of state and were originally hesitant to buy as we were not that too familiar with the Atlanta area. Sara was the only agent that we spoke to who was supportive of our initial desire to possibly rent until we felt more comfortable with the area. All of the other agents tried to "sell us".....not Sara. It turns out that the more time we spent with her and and spent going through the process looking for a rental, we felt comfortable buying based on her knowledge of the market, schools, traffic etc! Set with the challenge of finding me a VA property to purchase, Sara gladly accepted the challenge. We started with a VA approved list to work off of, but I am not easily pleased and very picky about where I wanted to purchase. We looked at several properties where I just wasnt satisfied that I had found "The One". We finally found the one property that just fit me, however it was not VA approved. The property had to be inspected by the government to be approved and that process was very discouraging and very confusing. However, Sara worked very hard with the property management and we were STILL able to hit the orig closing date. Now if anyone is familiar with the VA approval process, its NOT quick. This was done in record breaking time. So PROPS to Sara and her team and everything they did to get this process completed!!! I am not the only member of my family to have used Sara, my parents were the first ones to use her and they as well had an amazing experience with her!!!
