Sara and I first connected via phone call. She was one of 3 recommended by Rocket Mortgage. I left messages with all 3 and Sara immediately called back! We connected right away, she took down all the details she needed and started work right then. We were in CA looking for houses in AZ. It wasn’t easy with our work schedules to go out there to look so Sara set us up with an account and started putting houses in there for us to look at. We gave areas and figures and she worked with that. Her expertise and knowledge is insane. She’s brutally honest and very fair. We needed someone with all these qualities and she hands down took that award! Setting up house appointments that we couldn’t go to, she used FaceTime with one or both of us. Showed us around and was honest in her opinions. She helped us so much, no question was too stupid, no matter the time of day she was always available and if she didn’t have an answer right then, she found it soon enough. She was with us through the whole process, walked us through absolutely everything. She was with us when we found our new home, she used face time when we couldn’t get there immediately and was with us when we got to see it for ourselves. The amount of time we took up was astounding and she was right there right up until we closed escrow and got our keys. I cannot say enough good things about this woman, she is super human and moves mountains on the daily. Definitely a force to be reckoned with.
