From the first moment we met Sara, with her Southern charm, we knew we were going to be treated like family. We knew the area we were looking to purchase a home, and she willing showed us homes in the area, in the price range we were looking to spend. She walked us through the process and explained everything in purchasing a home in Florida, since we were from out of state. Emails, texting and phone calls were all a part of keeping in contact with us. Even to the extent of not having to be there for the closing of the home. Sara is a great asset to the Real Estate business and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Real Estate websites generally do not allow entry without divulging one's email address or phone number. Then the deluge starts. If one does not quickly open the checkbook, the realtors lose interest very quickly. Sara was the exception when we began our hunt for a house and patiently took us through many homes on our 4 trips down to Florida in our quest for a winter home. She quickly realized that we were looking in the wrong market (due to our lack of experience in purchasing opportunities in Florida) and steered us in the right direction. After purchasing our home, we quickly realized that the "after-the-sale" support is probably the most important factor, and the deal is simply NOT complete until the purchaser has all the paperwork legalized, title transferred, all taxes, all fees, and utilities looked after. This is Sara's other strength. She led us patiently and professionally through all our dealings and proved to be a very hard worker and a tribute to her profession. We have recommended her to friends and would not hesitate to continue promoting "our" realtor.
