Sara helped the reviewer sell this property

Sara is a STAR!!

Wow! Sara know Know EXACTLY what was needed to get our home ready to achieve the highest sales price in the community. Our home sale way exceeded our (educated) expectations. She took care of staging, professional photos. Handled the negotiations like a champ and got us 8 contracts over asking price (that was the strategy) the first 48 hours. I can’t stress this enough- she way exceeded It expectations. Got the job done fast, direct and netted us a ton of $$
