For me probably the key element to working an realtor is their interest and ability in ongoing, clear and informed communications - and Sara fits that bill perfectly. When it could have been a "fire hose" of info she knew to reduce the flow and when details were critical she made sure I was aware of them and knew their consequence. And there's no doubt that better communication with it's related connection to good information sourcing has been a major stress reducer - nothing better than that! Well, her good sense of humor especially during those moments when we both really needed it - it iced the cake!
