Welcome to my little corner of the real estate world! I’m Sara Scheyer Arnett, a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky and a passionate real estate agent with a knack for turning your property dreams into reality. Whether you're buying your first home or selling your fifth, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with honesty, integrity, and a touch of humor (because who says real estate has to be boring?).
A Little About Me
I grew up in the beautiful NKY area, where I’m now raising my own family. My deep roots in this community give me an insider's perspective on the best neighborhoods, schools, and hidden gems. After graduating from St. Henry High School in 1990, I pursued a BA in European history with a minor in Psychology at NKU and an MA in modern European history and comparative women's history from UC.
When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, you can find me teaching history at Thomas More University. Yes, that’s right—I’m not just a real estate agent; I’m also a professor! This dual career lets me combine my love for education with my passion for real estate, and trust me, there's never a dull moment. My passion for real estate and teaching also led me to become a business coach for Tom Ferry, the #1 Real Estate Coach in the US. i help real estate agents around the country build their business.
My Approach
Real estate can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. My goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I treat my clients like family, promising to always provide top-notch service with a smile. My background in teaching means I’m great at breaking down complex information into understandable bits, so you’ll always feel informed and confident in your decisions.
