My husband and I have lived in our new home for about a month and we love it. More importantly, working with Sara Sanford made the whole process of buying and selling easy, understandable and manageable. She was professional, incredibly adept and very thorough - not to mention patient as we had searched for quite some time. When it came time to put our house on the market, she was perfect through the entire process, from staging advice to negotiation and final closing.
