We were already very impressed with Sara, who made everything about this transaction among the easiest and quickest we've ever had. But a true test of any professional is how they handle things after all the money's changed hands and most people have moved onto other things. In this case, we had an emergency in that we'd left a critical set of keys locked in our car and garage, and the only way we could see to meet our deadlines was to overnight another set to Sara, ask her to go get them and overnight both sets back to us asap. This meant getting them by 2pm, driving 30 mins each way and overnighting them back to us by 5pm the same day-- all in a very busy real estate office and market. Since this was over 10 days after the close of escrow, many agents might have told us they were too busy-- but not Sara (and not any hint of inconvenience, I might add). She immediately responded to our text (as usual) and was only too happy to take what had to be a couple of hours out of her day. Once again, she saved the day (did so on a couple of previous occasions as well). Thus, if we're buying or selling in or around Humboldt, Sara will always be our first choice, and we'd recommend her to any of our closest family or friends without qualification. Sara helped us buy our first dream home while we were living out of town during a brutal housing market for home buyers in California and a rising pandemic.
