Sara was a godsend. We were dealing with a crazy, psycho, procrastinating, devious seller who pushed everything until the last minute and then pitched a fit. Sara was TENACIOUS on our behalf - so much so that I called her my "Bulldog"! There is enough chaos, stress and tumult associated with purchasing a home, packing, moving, setting up utilities, etc - we were able to leave the deal nuances in her court (not an easy thing for me to do!) and they got completed. Sara was a fantastic partner in our home-buying journey. She is knowledgeable and confident in her role, but also very personable. From the outset she made it clear that she wasn't going to be pushy and respects that finding a house can take time. She sent a few listings, we told her what we liked and didn't like and went from there. We didn't expect to find a house as soon as we did, but I guess you never really plan for that. During the process she worked with the seller's agent, answered questions and was always reachable via text, which was very much appreciated. We never felt like we were bothering her. Sara graciously offered to join a three-way call to explain everything to me and my parents, which I greatly appreciated as I navigated this process for the first time. Sara was great to work with in purchasing my first home! I am the first to purchase a home in my family.
