Sara Nelson is an excellent agent! As a first time buyer from out of town, I, naturally, had loads of questions when buying my property in Catskill, NY. Sara eagerly and promptly responded to anything I threw at her, gave suggestions and recommendations of local professionals (surveyors, lawyers, etc) to consult and even helped me to trouble shoot issues that came up during the due diligence phase. When showing me the property, Sara arrived ready to hike the full 15 acres - which we did.
