Sara Miles is an amazing realtor with a gift for advocating for her clients. We had an incident where someone had backed out of a sale, and Sara advocated for our earnest money and for what is fair for all parties. She is a diligent worker and is easy to get ahold of when needed. She explains every possible situation from putting the house up to sale to closing in a way that is easy to understand and factual. She prides herself on putting her clients first, while also respecting all parties involved. She has sold two houses for us and is a joy to work with- there is never anyone else we would use.
