I have to hand it to Sara – she was a thorough, thoughtful agent every step of the way. She handled the sale of a previous rental for us that required a LOT of dry rot repairs to a 3-tiered deck. Although we had several signed offers on the house, pest inspectors would always find something to write up which frightened off prospective buyers. She always took it in stride and continued to market the property expertly. All’s well that ends well and we finally closed after many months on the market.
