We were planning on moving from Chicago to CT, which was a huge change, and she not only educated us on the neighborhoods, but narrowed our search based on our wants and needs. She found us the best options with everything we were looking for: intimate community, privacy, yard, pool, and close proximity to town and ocean: she nailed it. We couldn't be happier with our home. Once moving to our new home, she went out of her way to help with finding handymen, electricians, local restaurants, salons, gyms, etc. This is huge, as I am not familiar with the neighborhood. Sara Littlefield is the best realtor in Darien, period. I have sold two properties with her, in good markets and bad markets, and she delivered results: full asking price in both (2.4 and 1.8). She puts the client first, offers professional market analysis, staging, and has the contacts to get the job done. Sara is in it for the long haul. She manages my rental properties. We were referred to Sara by our long time Realtor when he stepped out of the market to pursue other venues. Yes - all Realtors need to have local knowledge and Yes - all Realtors need to be personable, but on top of that Sara is very well connected. She was able to rent out both my properties in a flash!
