I just bought the house with Sara last week and it went way smoother than I expected. This was a remote purchase and I had to rely on her judgement about the house. We discussed in detail what I’m looking for, and in under 2 month found it. She did the tour of the house over the phone and we walked over all the details and after some more discussions, I made the decision. Her sense of judgement and sharp eye for detail is phenomenal. And she is quick to reply which was important to me. Also, when she gathers the initial information on what you’re looking for - she DOES listen! Some gut feeling, big expertise - I’m not sure, she kind of sensed what I’m looking for and just found the right house for me. Also, what was the deal breaker for me personally is to make sure I trust the person. Sara has great work ethic and is just trustworthy. Not taking advantage of you, not having her own agenda, I kind of felt I have a person loyal to my interests at all times. This woman is gold!
