Often in a sales negotiation between a buyer and seller situations arise where a competent “referee” is called for Sara is just such a person. She listens and understands each parties concerns and knows when to be understanding and when to get to the business at hand all with grace and southern charm while still retaining a very business like attitude when the situation requires it. She knows her market and the regulations in the area she serves and works tirelessly to get things done.
