Sara has excellent knowledge of the real estate market...

Sara has excellent knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and excellent customer service skills. My wife and I have purchased and sold 6 other properties and have decent knowledge of buying/selling property. We considered not using a realtor this time, but we are glad we did use Sara after all! When we sold our last residence in June/July 2022, the real estate market was changing rapidly. Sara adjusted her selling process as needed to effectively sell our house quickly and at the best price possible. Sara is a true professional in the real estate business.
