I had been looking within several states for a small plot of land that had a water features, seasons, and the possibility as a good future investment. In looking at 100's of possibilities on Zillow and other internet platforms often placing an offer only to find the property was already in escrow or sold. Sara was one of a very few realtors that made a real effort to find the property that would meet our requirements for a property and at an affordable price. She worked with us to assure the installations on property were documented and vendors had provided operational capabilities, in addition to securing survey details of easements, and in working with title company to assure an on time closure. Sara's constant updates helped us assured that progress was proceeding on schedule and any obstacles were eliminated or resolved. Her outgoing personality and "down to earth" view of life made the transaction a success and a pleasure.
