Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with! We've worked with 2 realtors and by far night/day difference from our initial discussions. Right off the bat; was able to form a good dialogue on seller expectations, explain how the market was, what to expect and was able to provide market analysis, etc. Able to accommodate schedules as we worked from home (+ 2 dogs) and setting up weekend showings to boost offers. Was able to solidify an offer and worked through the buyers agent to set up communication openly. She listened to our wants/needs, was always available for call and was quick to respond to texts if she was not available to talk. 10/10 highly recommend!
