Sara Holcomb was a pleaseure to work with. She walked us through the process step by step. Her insight and knowledge of the current realestate market made a big difference. We are happy that we made the decision to sell our home with Sara and Mark Spain Real Estate.

Sara is a very hard worker. She was patient, informative and kept us up to date with information regarding how the sell was going in a timely matter. I would so recommend her to our family and friends.

The deal was bumpy at times but Sarah was great about communicating and updating us. Ultimately got everything done and we are happy it all worked out after all of her hard work.
