When we first met, she asked all the typical questions, like what size house I was looking for, school district needs, and the type of home I wanted. As we toured different properties, we had great conversations and enjoyed the day together. I mentioned that I’d always dreamed of owning five acres or having a lake house, but I thought that would be out of reach in this lifetime. Sara looked at me with a sincere expression and asked, "Why not?" Her question caught me off guard, and I didn't have a good answer. She suggested we look through the MLS while we had lunch, and in just fifteen minutes, she found several lake homes in a desirable area. She quickly scheduled showings, and I found one I loved and another I wasn't interested in seeing. This is when I realized Sara was more than just a realtor. As we were leaving the area, she said, “Hey, do me a favor and take a look at the one you didn’t like—I have a good feeling about it.” Although I was hesitant, her determination convinced me to say yes. When we walked into the house, it was a fixer-upper, but at a price I could afford. The lake was stunning, and the house was perfectly positioned in a quiet cove off the main lake. I asked Sara, "What can I get this house for?" and she went to work. She negotiated a lower price and got the offer accepted! I ended up buying the home, and now I’m in full renovation mode, living on beautiful Florida waterfront property. Sara isn’t just a realtor—she helps people fulfill lifelong dreams!
