If you have a death in the family that requires a quick liquidation of home contents and property Sara is the one to call.. we had to fly in from Florida to help our mother in Ohio that had lost her ability to stay in her home on her own. I made a cold call to Sara and she was able to act quickly and within three weeks had a plan put together that allowed us to vacate the home and she took care of everything. The home was inventoried and contents were auctioned off all under the direction of Sara. The home was then marketed and sold Within a month of our first Contact with her. She is a hard worker doing all of the legwork necessary that would have taken us months to do on our own. Do not hesitate under fear of Suspicion as she was extremely Fair with everything that she did and reported regularly and communicated constantly every step of the way. And it was a nice surprise for my mother to have received proceeds not from just the contents sold inside the home but also an above dollar amount for the house whenever it's sold too... definitely call her for your needs.
