Sara is a rock star realtor!!! She was tenacious in finding us the perfect home for our family and she gave us the perfect help and advice for selling our home quickly and for our asking price. Her knowledge is enormous, and if she doesn't have an answer to a question, she will get it and get back to you ASAP. She was on top of everything, and held our hands through the entire process. Sara was great to work with throughout our relocation process. Simply put, the top three qualities that made her great to work with: 1. She is knowledgeable – Sara knows what to look for when it comes to children and resell value. As new parents and soon-to-be homeowners, there were things we had never considered. Her experience and recommendations will pay dividends. 2. She is patient – we HATE pushy and Sara was the exact opposite of pushy. Her agenda was to help us find the best place for our family PERIOD. 3. She is responsive – I don’t know when Sara takes her weekends! She was incredibly responsive any day and/or anytime. We scoured the internet throughout our process, sent a ton of listings we found on Zillow/Trulia, Craigslist, etc., and she looked into every single property even though most of them ended up being inactive. And she possesses all of these qualities with a smile – she has a very friendly/pleasing personality. Two thumbs up for Sara. We will definitely work with her again.

She was thorough, transparent, and honest in all negotiations, fact-finding on properties and buildings, speaking to current tenants, and pros and cons of units. Sara has such a sweet, friendly, and approachable demeanor that even through the sometimes drudgery of home-hunting, she kept me upbeat, and she was accommodating in meeting times and transportation to and from the homes.
