We called Sara out of the blue in response to one of her listings. It had been featured on a popular website. Her phone was ringing off the hook. Even though we are from Las Vegas, and the property was in Maryland, Sara was very professional. The purchase was completed in less than a month. Sara was able to provide some referrals for work on the house. The project began yesterday, only 2 months from when we first saw the listing. Because of COVID, it is very difficult to get renovation work done, but we were very lucky with Sara's referral.
