Sara acted as our realtor when we sold our GTown house in 2014 and then hired her team member, Vicki, to buy our house when we moved back to the area. Catherine was great! We have pretty crazy schedules and Catherine always agreed to meet at night and weekend times that were convenient for us. Within a couple weeks she found us exactly the house we were looking for, in the neighborhood we wanted, that was in our price range.

Sara and her team were always very responsive to any questions or request for information we had regarding the selling process for our home. Her knowledge of the local market was also very helpful in the process. We took advantage of the no charge "staging" service that Sara provided, which we feel was helpful in the sale of our house.

We worked with Justin Voisin while searching for our home. He was great! He was extremely helpful, patient, informative and available throughout the whole process. We were especially thankful for his mad negotiation skills during our bidding war, his persistence to help us get in earlier than our scheduled closing date, and his fun/laid back personality.
