I don't even know where to begin with this woman!! ?? I moved to Texas last fall and was living in an apartment. I wanted to start house shopping but didn't really know anything about Fort Worth residential areas. There's so many realtors to pick from, and in the past I didn't have any pleasant experiences, so I was so nervous on who to message. I came across Sara on Facebook and her spunky, no BS personality is what made me reach out to her. Within the next day or two we were looking at houses. I think we saw almost 27 houses! Alllll over Fort Worth. She was so knowledgeable about the different areas and the pros and cons. Not only did she drop everything the moment I wanted to see one, she also would text me new houses each day. She was always readily available to show me a house, and very smart on the bidding process. Being a first time home buyer, I'm so grateful I had a realtor like Sara. She explained EVERYTHING along the way, she would crawl into an attic for you just to check out the HVAC, and she has the best memory even after seeing a million houses! It's a stressful process finding a house and actually winning the offer game... But even when I was let down, she always was there to pick me up off the floor. She reassures you that you will find the right house and it'll all be worth it. Sara has become one of my best friends in the process and I'm so grateful to have met her! My house is perfect, and I couldn't have gone through this process without her, I would have given up. If you're reading reviews to decide if this is the right fit for you or not-- don't hesitate. She's theeeee LEAST pushy realtor I've ever met, MESSAGE HER! ?? you won't regret it!

I am fairly new to Texas so I asked around on a Facebook group for realtor recommendations. Out of the dozen or so recommendations, I looked up each realtor on their websites as well as other reviews. When I watched Sara’s video I wanted to meet her. In my experience, she was better than I could’ve hoped. She always makes time for her clients. I would text her very late sometimes and she would always answer quickly. Sara is someone I will always feel a connection with. Over the course of our time together, she gave me insight that helped me make the best decision for myself. She will point out flaws in a home if she sees it because she wants me to have the best home possible. I love my home and I’m so thankful to have had this experience because of her.

I had the opportunity to work with Sara on my very first home purchase recently. Just let me tell you, she is amazing! I went to high school with Sara and we remained in contact through social media. I follow all of her fun stories with being a realtor and knew she was the realtor I wanted to support me many months/years before deciding to pull the trigger. Originally, I reached out to her to let her know I was interested in starting the process at some point in the future but was nervous to start the process due to all the what ifs and potential rejection. She helped ease my mind and we jumped on the process that night and began looking at houses the very next day. That was quite the adventure! Realtors see some crazy things. She told me early on that if we come across the house that I can’t stop thinking of then it is probably the one. Fast forward two weeks later and we found “the one” and put an offer together that day. Luckily, I was the first offer and it was accepted. Everything moved very quickly, Sara and my mortgage contact helped steer my crazy in a positive direction while going through the inspection process through closing. She even introduced me to my insurance agent who helped find me the best rate. She took very good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed to get into my very first home.
