My husband and I were very picky and wanted to see LOTS of houses, Sara was really awesome about sending us updated listings and taking us to see every house we were interested in! Since we were buying our first home we had lots of questions along the way and Sara was really great about answering them for us, and if she didn't know she would research it for us right away.
