Sara Prendergast To whom it may concern I recommend Sara Prendergast for any Real Estate concerns you may have.  My wife and I selected Sara based on her track record of successful sales, representing the sellers as well as buyers. Another consideration was her insightful,  and clear understanding of the market.  Every detail was covered as a result the sales process went very quickly. Our selection of Sarah included checking her references as well .  All were exceptional! Since I grew up in Humboldt County I was able to not get feedback on Sara, but Cutten Realty / Coldwell Banker as well.  Once again the feedback was excellent in both cases.Sara provided excellent profession services from beginning to  end,.and also after the sale when some issues came up that needed clarification and resolution.
