I live out of town. I told Sara what I wanted in a property and she advised me which areas I should search. When I selected a residence, she contacted various vendors to evaluate the property. When I made my offer, she advised me how much to deduct for necessary upgrades. When I had trouble obtaining insurance, she contacted several brokers and I obtained the insurance in a day. Upon closing, she gave me a list of utilities to contact along with phone numbers. She is helpful without being pushy. I feel lucky that Sara Prendergast is my realtor.
