Sara is just one of those special people who will be there for you, no matter what it takes. Buying and selling homes is hard, but Sara made the process as simple and stress-free as possible (and it IS possible with her!). Experience is important, as is integrity - and Sara has both. Sara was the sellers agent when we first bought our home in 2019 and her negation skills and the way she advocated for her clients made us want to work with her when we chose to sell our home in 2022. When it was time sell our home, we knew - without hesitation - who we needed to call. Sara Cahill. The same was true recently when it came to selling the home in which we lived. We started talking with Sara eight months before we listed. She kept in touch and informed us about the market and home prices in our area. She guided us on optimal investments to make in order to prepare the house when we were ready to list. The marketing (photography, listing, etc.) was fantastic. Her sense for pricing was perfect. The house sold in one weekend above asking. We could go on, but suffice it say that we would recommend Sara Cahill to both sellers and buyers. Without hesitation.

When we decided to sell our home, hiring Sara by far was the best decision we made! She was well organized, kept us informed of every step that we needed to take, gave us great advice on how to stage our home, and just made the entire process so easy and stress-free. And not to mention she sold our house in 2 days and helped us find our dream home! I recommend her to anyone I know that could be buying or selling their home!

Sara was an amazing real estate agent. You couldn't ask for better. Very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Took in account every detail requested and compiled a list of properties that met those requests. She had very little time to deal with (due to my time constraints) and came up with exellent locations to view. She didn't stop working after the offer was accepted. She was with me every step of the way. Went so far above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Sara to everyone I know in the market!!!
