Amazing and tenacious

Sara is great. Let me just say that I was working with someone in Connecticut (didn't work in MA) before I met Sara. So I was looking in two states. Sara has a license in CT but I already had an agent there. I lived in Texas. So Sara had to do the shopping for me. She was very upfront about pluses and minuses with each property. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she got it. It took a couple of months to find a house I liked. It's in a quiet established neighborhood and so I put in an offer. My offer was contingent on my property selling, and I already had a contract. My offer was accepted and we had a contract here. The people buying my place used VA Land Loans. That turned out to be a nightmare. We were originally supposed to close here on Sept 20. It wound up being Oct. 31. Sara had to walk that fine line with the owners and we were able to come to a mutual agreement for holding this home for me. Sara worked her butt off. If it were not for her tenacity, I wouldn't be in my home today. I will forever be grateful. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
