Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Sara. Her communication is timely, kind, and effective. She shared thoughtful house listings with us that met our requirements and stayed with us, patiently, until we secured our home. We were looking to relocate to another part of the state to be closer to family and our resources. When Sara walked with us through houses, she professionally pointed out the pros and cons of the house based on our criteria. We purchased a modular home. Although she was unfamiliar with purchasing modular homes on lease land, she researched the modular home process and engaged with the owner’s team to ensure that we received accurate information about the property and process. Her confidence and experience with placing offers on homes supported us to feel at ease. As to be expected, there were obstacles with scheduling home viewings, and we where, always, able to make it work with Sara.
