We were looking for our forever home. After purchasing two homes together prior, we were already familiar with the process and extremely picky. Details that felt overwhelming to us along the way she simply took care of and reported back with all pertinent information. In both buying our dream home and simultaneously selling our longtime home, she made the process feel effortless. She was always upfront and realistic with us on what to expect and what we needed to do to make the transactions continue to move forward. Sara is fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable, worked hard to understand what we were looking for and helped us find great houses that weren’t obvious options. In addition, she worked tirelessly, trying to get through a tough contract with a very difficult seller, and supported us and communicated everything that was going on. She worked hard to make sure that our inspection objections got the best responses possible, and helped us stay realistic about what we should even ask for. I hope to never buy another house, but if i do, I will absolutely call Sara first.
