I highly recommend working with Sara Armer when selling or purchasing your next home. My wife and I have worked with Sara on 4 different transactions now. She has done a great job of keeping us informed throughout the entire process - from initial listing/showings to the negotiations and closing. Although she is very busy, as good agents are, she was always available to answer questions for us or to meet at a new listing to see the property the day it hits the market (in some cases, before it is even on the market). Sara has an excellent knowledge of the neighborhoods in Prairie Village and Leawood and is highly skilled at navigating the competitive market. On top of all of that she is a very cool lady.
