Santina kept us informed every step of the process. She helped us get organized and inspected our home letting us know what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. She is very professional and explains how the process works, what helps a home sell better and notified us of changes or issues. She was great to work with.

I have lived on and off for over 40 years in the Cleveland Area and Santina has handled every real estate service that I needed at those times..She is honest, respectful, and will do your wishes as you inform her of how you want to handle things..She will give you suggestions but never pushes them on you..you always have the last word and she will support your instructions..I will never use any one else...

Santina was extremely knowledgable about the current market trends and helped us list our home to attract buyers. We had lots of activity due to a good listing price. Her communication skills were great and she always kept us in the loop during the entire process. Her experience and professionalism were evident the entire time we worked together.

Santina made the process of selling my parents house very smooth. Her knowledge and advice was very helpful. We appreciate her professionalism and patience. It was truly great working with her.
