Santiago’s professional, knowledge and great communication skills are something you can always count on. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He helped us to sell our home and buy the one we are currently living in. He patiently drove to many locations to show us so many houses before this one. The selling of our home had a couple of things that we were not happy about, for example the appraisal came out a little over 10,000 lower than expected which affected the amount we thought we would receive by that that much. I know that Santiago did all that he could to change that but in the end it was out of his control. Overall, we were satisfied with his performance in the selling of our property and would highly recommend him!

Santiago was very easy to work with, professional at all times through the selling process, and responsive as issues came up. He made it easy to understand the process of selling our house and did an outstanding job advocating for us with unnecessary requests from the buyers, corrections to the appraisal, and adjusted listing price to above our expectations (and closed commensurate of that listing price). Santiago was amazing right out of the gate and never let his foot of the gas. The hunt for the perfect home seemed to take us (I am a picky fellow) ~6-months and Santiago held my hand throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable of ALL the areas I was interested in and was immediately on-top of getting my eyes on any and every listing that popped up nearby. Even coordinated viewing within hours of posting!! Also of note, whether we were communicating via text/phone or email, Santiago was always prompt with a response and brought solutions, not problems, to the table every time.
